This Privacy Policy explains how Colorindo com Jesus (the "App") handles information. The App is intended for families and may be used by children. We designed the App to minimize data collection.
1) Summary (Plain Language)
- No account required. We do not ask for a child’s name, email, phone number, or precise location.
- No ads and no behavioral tracking. We do not use third-party advertising networks and we do not track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
- Drawings stay on your device. The App does not upload your drawings to our servers.
- Subscriptions (Pro) use Apple/Google billing and RevenueCat to unlock premium content. These providers may process purchase-related data to complete and manage transactions.
2) Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
We do not provide in-app forms to collect personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or chat messages).
If you contact us for support (for example by email), we will receive the information you choose to share (such as your email address and the content of your message).
2.2 Information stored on your device (local storage)
The App stores limited information locally on your device to function properly, such as:
- App preferences (for example, selected language).
- Whether premium access is unlocked (a cached “premium” state).
This local data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to us.
2.3 Purchase and subscription information
The App offers optional in-app purchases/subscriptions to unlock premium content. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (and/or Google Play on Android). We also use RevenueCat (a subscription management service provider) to help determine whether premium access is active and to display/restore purchases.
As part of purchase processing and entitlement checks, Apple/Google and RevenueCat may process information such as:
- Purchase status and product identifiers.
- Transaction/receipt information.
- Device identifiers and technical information needed to operate the purchase system.
- IP address (generally used for security and service operation).
We do not receive your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the app store platform.
2.4 Automatically collected analytics/advertising identifiers
We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs in the App and we do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) for tracking.
3) How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Provide the App’s features.
- Maintain and restore premium (Pro) access when purchased.
- Respond to support requests if you contact us.
- Protect the App from fraud/abuse and keep services working (through our service providers’ standard security measures).
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
4) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We share limited information only with service providers that help the App function:
- Apple App Store / Google Play: to process purchases and subscriptions.
- RevenueCat: to manage subscriptions/entitlements and support “Restore Purchases”.
We may also share information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5) Children’s Privacy (COPPA / Kids Category)
We take children’s privacy seriously. The App is designed to collect as little information as possible.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
- We do not allow user-to-user communication, public profiles, or content sharing features in the App.
- If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us (for example through a support email), contact us at [Support Email Address] and we will work with you to delete it.
6) Data Retention
- Local, on-device data (such as preferences) remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its storage.
- If you contact us for support, we retain support communications only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping.
- Purchase-related data is retained by Apple/Google and RevenueCat according to their own policies and legal obligations.
7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information. Because we generally do not collect personal information through the App itself, these requests often involve:
- Support emails you sent us (if any).
- Data held by Apple/Google and RevenueCat for purchases (which you can manage through those platforms).
You can also uninstall the App to remove locally stored data from your device.
9) International Users
If you contact us from outside our country/region, your information may be processed in other locations where we or our service providers operate.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Material changes may be communicated in the App or on the page where this policy is posted.
